Return Procedure of General Product:
If you would like to return a product other than apparel and personalized merchandise, please Contact Us first. The cost of merchandise will be refunded to your credit card within 7-15 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for return package that are lost or damaged during shipping. Return of product must be made within 15 days of receiving merchandise.
Cancel the order
You can cancel or make an exchange of your prom gown dress, within 24hours after ordering the dress.
You will only receive a 70% refund for the purchase price when you cancel the order during the process of making the dress.
